My professional background includes working within college counseling settings and in private practice, where I have supported adults of differing ages facing a variety of presenting concerns. I have a particular interest in helping adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and ADHD. In my practice, I employ an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Psychoeducation, tailored to each individual’s needs.
